ABOUT OUR STUDIO: Club Pilates Parker is a locally owned and operated studio at 11280 S Twenty Mile Rd in Parker, Colorado. Instructors report directly to the studio owner, and as an owner-operated studio, we know our members and instructors by name. INSTRUCTOR HIGHLIGHTS: We’re hiring certified Pilates instructors (450+ hour comprehensive teacher training) who are confident working with all levels of clients and can deliver challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes safely. Instructors teach group classes as well as intro, private, and semi-private sessions on Balanced Body equipment. We have open shifts available now and are always looking for reliable subs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pilates certification from an industry-recognized comprehensive teacher training program of 450+ hours
- Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates
- Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars
- Punctual and reliable
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead safe, creative, and challenging group classes of up to 12 clients on a variety of Pilates equipment (minimum Mat and Reformer; ideal skill set includes EXO Chair, Springboard, TRX, Magic Circle, and more)
- Demonstrate anatomical knowledge, providing modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limitations
- Design class plans that are safe and effective for all levels, in line with Club Pilates education standards
- Teach intro, group, private, and semi-private sessions as scheduled
- Prepare the studio and check equipment for safety before each class; clean and reset after
- Attend studio trainings and events as scheduled
- Other duties as assigned
